Steeped it this afternoon and the hibiscus gives it just enough tang to keep the coconut from feeling heavy. The pineapple bits brighten it up nicely. Makes a solid iced tea too, which I wasn't expecting.
The hibiscus gives it that rosy hue and tart edge, so the coconut reads more like a sweet vacation wink than a sunscreen blast. Brewed a big mug this rainy afternoon and it honestly brightened the whole room.
The coconut pieces are generous enough that you actually taste them, not just a hint. I brewed it hot and let it cool to room temp, and the pineapple sweetness came through nicely without needing sugar. Only wish the coconut lingered a bit longer on the finish.
