The hibiscus gives it that rosy hue and tart edge, so the coconut reads more like a sweet vacation wink than a sunscreen blast. Brewed a big mug this rainy afternoon and it honestly brightened the whole room.
The coconut flavor is definitely there, but it's pretty subtle compared to the tartness of the hibiscus and rosehip. I was hoping for a creamier, more vacation-like feel, but it brews up more like a fruity iced tea. Decent for a change of pace, though I won't be stocking up.
