Så brygger du den perfekta koppen te: 

  • Använd 1 msk te till 2 koppar (16 oz) kokande vatten.  
  • Låt teet dra i 5–7 minuter.  
  • Ta bort teet och njut av det som det är eller med honung eller annat sötningsmedel.
