Så här använder du:

Vid första användningen rekommenderar vi att du blötlägger vispen i varmt vatten i 30 sekunder för att veckla ut piggarna. Se den blomma ut!

Skeda upp din Izu Green matcha i skålen, häll cirka 2 oz varmt vatten (80 °C) i skålen och rör vispen snabbt i sicksack- eller "W"-rörelser. Tillsätt gradvis mer vatten medan du vispar och skummet börjar bildas. Kraftig vispning är nyckeln till ett klumpfritt matchaskum.

Tips: Före varje användning, skölj vispen under varmt vatten för att mjuka upp piggarna och få bättre vispresultat!
