Este batedor de bambu tradicional é feito a partir de uma única peça de bambu esculpida com precisão para batedar matcha finamente até à perfeição.

Como usar:

Na primeira utilização, recomendamos que deixe o batedor de molho em água morna durante 30 segundos para desenrolar os dentes. Veja-o florescer!

Coloque o matcha Izu Green na tigela, deite cerca de 60 ml de água quente a 80°C e mova o batedor rapidamente em ziguezague ou em forma de "W". Adicione mais água lentamente enquanto bate e a espuma começa a formar-se. Bater vigorosamente é essencial para uma espuma de matcha sem grumos.

Dica: antes de cada utilização, passe o batedor por água morna para amolecer os dentes e obter melhores resultados!
