Preparation  

Water Temperature: 80°C  

How to make a latte:

• Heat up 8-10oz of milk or alternative to 80°C (if possible froth the milk)
• Use 1-1.5 TSP of matcha in 4oz of hot water and whisk vigorously until frothy.
• Pour the milk into the matcha
• Sweeten with honey, maple syrup or sweetener of your choice.
• Tip: Try Salted Caramel syrup!
