Water Temperature: 80°C
How to make a latte:
- Heat up 8-10oz of milk or alternative to 80°C (if possible froth the milk)
- Use 1-1.5 TSP of matcha in 4oz of hot water and whisk vigorously until frothy.
- Pour the milk into the matcha
- Sweeten with honey, maple syrup or sweetener or your choice.
- Tip: Try Salted Caramel syrup!
