Deze traditionele bamboe garde is gemaakt van één stuk bamboe, met precisie gesneden om matcha tot in de perfectie op te kloppen.

Zo gebruik je het:

Bij het eerste gebruik raden we aan om de garde 30 seconden in warm water te weken, zodat de tanden zich ontkrullen. Kijk hoe hij opbloeit!

Schep je Izu Green matcha in de kom, giet 2 oz heet water van 80°C in de kom en beweeg de garde snel in een zigzag- of 'W'-beweging. Voeg langzaam meer water toe terwijl je klopt en het schuim zich vormt. Krachtig kloppen is de sleutel tot een klontvrij matcha-schuim.

Tip: Spoel de garde voor elk gebruik af onder warm water om de tanden zachter te maken voor een beter kloppen!
