使用方法：
初めてご使用の際は、ぬるま湯に30秒ほど浸して穂先をほぐすことをおすすめします。花が開くように広がります！
Izu Greenの抹茶をボウルにすくい入れ、80℃のお湯を約2オンス注ぎ、茶筅をジグザグまたは「W」の字に素早く動かします。泡が立ち始めたら、少しずつお湯を加えながら混ぜ続けます。ダマのない抹茶の泡を作るには、力強く混ぜることがポイントです。
ヒント：使用前に毎回、ぬるま湯で茶筅をすすぎ、穂先を柔らかくすると、よりよく泡立ちます。
The carved ridges catch the matcha just right, and after a quick soak in hot water the tines softened up nicely for a smooth, even froth. I’ve used cheaper plastic whisks before, but this single-piece bamboo build feels sturdier and cleans up in seconds.
Soaked it in warm water before first use like the instructions suggested, and the tines spread out perfectly. Whisking my matcha for the first time felt effortless — the single-piece bamboo carve really does make a difference, with no rough edges at all.
The tines are carved from one solid piece, which makes it feel sturdier than the flimsy ones I’ve used before. It froths my matcha into a nice, even foam after about twenty seconds of whisking. Just wish the handle was a touch longer for my deep bowls.
