Questo tradizionale frustino in bambù è realizzato da un unico pezzo di bambù intagliato con precisione per montare perfettamente il matcha fino a ottenere una schiuma fine.

Come si usa:

Al primo utilizzo, ti consigliamo di immergere il frustino in acqua calda per 30 secondi per distendere i rebbi. Guardalo sbocciare!

Preleva il tuo matcha Izu Green con il misurino e versalo nella ciotola, aggiungi circa 60 ml di acqua calda a 80°C e muovi il frustino rapidamente a zig-zag o a forma di "W". Aggiungi gradualmente altra acqua mentre continui a frustare, man mano che la schiuma inizia a formarsi. Frustare energicamente è fondamentale per ottenere una schiuma di matcha senza grumi.

Consiglio: prima di ogni utilizzo, passa il frustino sotto l'acqua calda per ammorbidire i rebbi e ottenere una frustatura migliore!
