Pengocok bambu tradisional ini dibuat dari sepotong bambu utuh yang diukir dengan presisi untuk mengocok matcha hingga berbusa sempurna.

Cara penggunaan:

Untuk penggunaan pertama, kami sarankan rendam pengocok dalam air hangat selama 30 detik untuk meluruskan gigi-giginya. Lihatlah ia mengembang!

Ambil matcha Izu Green Anda ke dalam mangkuk, tuangkan sekitar 2 oz air panas bersuhu 80°C ke dalam mangkuk, lalu gerakkan pengocok dengan cepat membentuk pola zig-zag atau huruf "W". Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus mengocok hingga busa mulai terbentuk. Mengocok dengan kuat adalah kunci untuk mendapatkan busa matcha tanpa gumpalan.

Tips: Sebelum setiap penggunaan, bilas pengocok dengan air hangat untuk melunakkan gigi-giginya agar hasil kocokan lebih baik!
