Este batidor tradicional de bambú está tallado a partir de una sola pieza de bambú con precisión para batir matcha hasta obtener una espuma fina y perfecta.

Cómo usarlo:

Para el primer uso, recomendamos remojar el batidor en agua tibia durante 30 segundos para que las púas se desplieguen. ¡Verás cómo florece!

Añade tu matcha Izu Green al bol, vierte unos 60 ml de agua caliente a 80 °C y mueve el batidor en zigzag o en forma de "W" rápidamente. Ve añadiendo más agua poco a poco mientras bates y la espuma comienza a formarse. Batir con energía es clave para conseguir una espuma de matcha sin grumos.

Consejo: antes de cada uso, pasa el batidor por agua tibia para ablandar las púas y batir mejor.
